Myriam specializes in banking and finance, with a special focus in project finance, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors. She co-leads the banking and finance practice and the restructuring and insolvency practice, with experience in domestic insolvency reorganizations, Chapter 11 proceedings, and out-of-court debt restructurings.
She worked as a foreign associate at Allen & Overy LLP New York, USA (2007 – 2008).
