Carlos leads the Projects and Infrastructure practice, focusing on project development, project finance, joint ventures, M&A, corporate reorganizations, and complex corporate and financial transactions, with an emphasis on public-private partnership (PPP) projects across the infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors, among others.
He worked as an international associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York, United States (1999–2000).
