GIP’s Acquisition of Atlas Renewables
Advised Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) in the acquisition from Actis of the portfolio of renewable energy assets operated by Atlas Renewables, with a total installed capacity of 2.3 GW, located in different jurisdictions, including Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico.
Huemul Financing
Advice to a syndicate of lenders for the senior financing of the Huemul Portfolio, owned by a subsidiary of Mainstream Renewable Power, consisting of five renewable energy projects (solar and wind) with a combined total capacity of 630 MW (one of the biggest portfolios of its type in Chile), and which were awarded a series of 75 public-tendered PPA by the local distribution accompanies and National Energy Commission.
Development of WPD Chile wind projects and participation in the CNE 2022/01 bidding process.
We have advised our client Wpd Chile in the development, construction and financing of three wind farms with a total installed capacity of 356,274 MW, in different regulatory matters.
