Matías Arratia W.

Matías Arratia is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practice areas. He has focused his practice on advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, financings and corporate reorganizations, as well as corporate governance matters.

He also has experience in the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy generation and energy storage projects.

He joined Morales & Besa in July 2022. In 2024, he completed a secondment at Atlas Renewable Energy and, prior to that, an internship in the corporate practice at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos. He is also a Teaching Assistant in Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
