Benjamín Saenz L.

Benjamín Sáenz focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and technology regulation, with a particular interest in personal data protection and cybersecurity.

He has experience in both private practice and the public sector. Between 2022 and 2023, he worked as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Morales & Besa, where he was involved in advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions processes, and project financing.

He is an author and speaker on personal data protection issues, with notable participation as a speaker at the 1st China-CELAC Legal Forum (Shanghai), and as co-author of the book “Personal Data Protection Law: Key Aspects and Challenges” (DER Ediciones, 2025).
