José Tomás concentrates his practice in Environmental, Mining and Natural Resources matters at Morales & Besa.
He joined Morales & Besa in 2023. Previously, he worked as a lawyer in the Legal Department of the Superintendence of Environment (2020-2022) and as a Public Affairs consultant at Azerta Comunicaciones (2018-2020). He is currently a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
José Tomas is a member of the Chilean Association of Environmental Law (ACHIDAM), a meeting place for planning, promoting, conducting and disseminating studies aimed at research, development and improvement of environmental law.
