Development of WPD Chile wind projects and participation in the CNE 2022/01 bidding process.

We have advised our client Wpd Chile in the development, construction and financing of three wind farms with a total installed capacity of 356,274 MW, in different regulatory matters related to their testing, commissioning and operation, as well as in the evaluation, structuring and preparation of bids for their participation in the International Tender 2022/01 for the Supply of Electricity to Regulated Customers, called by the National Energy Commission (CNE) and the local distribution companies.
