Banco Santander-Chile and Banco de Chile

We advised Banco Santander-Chile and Banco de Chile in a financing for the issuance of stand-by letters of credit and imports for an amount of  250,000,000 required by Comercial Motores de los Andes SpA (Kaufmann) to be delivered pursuant to a Bus Supply Contract, through which they will acquire electric buses, non-polluting, which contribute to the elimination of noise emissions and noise pollution, which will be available to the public transport system of the City of Santiago.
