Rodrigo has focused his practice in antitrust, regulation and litigation in contentious and non-contentious matters before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) and pre-mergers followed before the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE).
He joined Morales & Besa in 2025. Previously, he worked as an antitrust law clerk at Barros & Errázuriz and intern at the Antitrust Division of the FNE.
