Rodrigo concentrates his practice in competition law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC), investigations and concentration operations followed before the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE).
He joined Morales & Besa in 2025. Previously, he worked as a paralegal at Barros & Errázuriz and did an internship at the Antitrust Division of the FNE.
