Phillipe Brunel D.

Phillipe has focused his practice on labor law and social security matters. He advises national and international clients on individual and collective labor law matters; hiring and termination processes; highly complex labor litigation and procedures; labor due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; drafting of employment contracts, internal regulations and internal human resources policies; prevention protocols and investigation procedures and conducting internal investigations related to sexual and labor harassment.

He joined Morales & Besa in 2025. Prior to joining Morales & Besa, he worked as an associate in the Labor Law and Social Security area at Jara del Favero Abogados (2020-2023), and later at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos (2023-2025), in the same area.
