Maria Loreto Silva,  head of our Governmental Regulations & Concessions practice group, delivered a presentation before the Finance Committee of the Chilean Senate regarding the Dispute Resolution Mechanism in Public Works Concessions, within the amendment bill to the Public Works  Concessions Law currently under discussion.
