EUGENIO BESA INVITED AS A SPEAKER AT THE INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE IN SINGAPUR. October 2007.

Our partner Eugenio Besa was engaged as an active participant at the International Bar Association (IBA) Conference which took place in Singapur on October 14 to 19. He was invited by the IBA to deliver a speech on the financing of public-private partnerships.
