The corporate attorneys of Morales & Besa serve as regular outside counsel to corporations, providing advice on general corporate, finance, tax and regulatory matters. The firm has expertise in assisting in the compliance with the legislation and regulations governing the Chilean securities market; providing clients with advice on a broad range of corporate transactions; advising on antitrust, real estate and environmental matters; and advising with regard to employee matters.
