The Firm's labor practice provides a full range of legal services in labor and employment law, offering expertise that touches on all phases of labor management relations and general employment and labor counseling. The firm's clients include all types of public and private sector employers as well as individuals.

Our attorneys assist clients in such diverse areas as the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, the collective bargaining process, the establishment of workplace policies and guidelines pursuant to current law, and the representation of high level employees in labor disputes and wrongful termination actions. In addition, we have expertise in counseling foreign companies entering into the Chilean market with respect to compliance and employment policy matters, including the preparation of labor contracts with foreign personal and the respective filings for visas and permits before the competent authorities.
