He has advised project finance transactions regarding infrastructure concessions and energy; cross border and local syndicated loans; and the sale of major Chilean companies or their assets abroad and debt securities and securitization transactions.
Before joining Morales & Besa he worked as Assistant Chief Attorney in the Legal department of the "Cámara Chilena de la Construcción" (Chilean Association of Construction Companies), from 1994 to 1999, and worked with the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (currently Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis) in Pittsburgh, U.S.A. (1997).
Professor of Commercial Law and Law & Economics, Universidad Católica Law School (1993 to date). Professor of Law & Economics, Universidad Finis Terrae Law School (1999-2000).
He has published several articles in his areas of teaching and practice.
