MACARENA LASO A. Associate
Macarena has concentrated her professional experience in company law matters relating to the stock market, investment funds, property and construction.
Her most recent work includes the formation of private equity investment funds and advice relating to the investment of the resources of those funds; the representation of construction companies for the negotiation of construction contracts; and advice surrounding the financing of public infrastructure projects, including the creation of guarantees and construction contracts, etc.

Catholic University, Law School, Chile. Graduated with Highest Honors (1994), "LCJS". Admitted to the Chilean Bar (1995).
