MATIAS LANGEVIN C. Associate

He has experience in a broad range of banking and project finance transactions, including syndicated bank credit facilities, structured finance, project finance and debt securities.

He has participated in several infrastructure project finance transactions, to build and operate road tolls, parking and other public concessions, hydroelectric centrals, etc., giving advise both creditors and debtors in such transactions.

Mr. Langevin is assistant Professor of Civil and Commercial Law, at Universidad de Los Andes law School (2004 - ).

He is the author of a law school thesis entitled "Incorporation of the Committees of Audit in the Law".
