LORENA BARRIENTOS E. Associate

Mrs. Barrientos concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, construction and securities market matters. She has participated in construction and concessions transactions, in diverse local and international mergers and acquisitions processes, in corporate restructurings and securities market transactions. She provides permanent legal advice to domestic and foreign companies.

Mrs. Barrientos joined MORALES & BESA in 2007. She worked as international associate at the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, in New York, U.S.A.  (2010 – 2011).

She co-authored "Update on Trade and Economic Developments in Chile", Latin American Law & Business Report, September 2008.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados).
