JOSE MANUEL MONDACA B. Associate

Mr. Mondaca concentrates his practice in civil, corporate, natural resources and environment.

Assistant to the Department of Civil Rights, the Theory of Justice and Theory of Law classes at Universidad de Chile Law School.

He is the author of a law school thesis entitled “The Obligatory Foundation of Contract”, which was awarded maximum distinction.

Education
Universidad de Chile Law School, graduated with high distinction (2005). He took part in a University of Chile scholarship program and traveled on an exchange to the University of Puerto Rico Faculty of Law, Recinto Río Piedras (2004).
