M. FRANCISCA PEREZ N. Partner

Francisca leads the tax practice at Morales & Besa. She has a broad experience in advising important national and international companies in matters of domestic and international taxation.

She has focused mainly in foreign investment and international taxation, planning and implementation of inbound and outbound investment projects, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, as well as cross-border operations. In the last years, she has specialized in the field of Double Taxation Treaties subscribed by Chile.

Francisca has participated as a speaker in courses of foreign investment, hiring of foreign employees and double tax treaties and has published articles in her area of specialization in different written media.
