Mr. Arab concentrates his practice in civil, commercial, labor and criminal litigation.
Author of the thesis entitled “Sanction to the Client in Child Prostitution: Article 367 ter of the Criminal Code”.
Teaching Assistant of Legal History and Law Theory (2001), and Procedure Law (2009-2010), also Professor of Labor Law (2010) at Catholic University Law School; and Assistant Professor of Procedure Law, at Pedro de Valdivia University Law School (2007-2008) and at Finis Terrae University Law School (2008-2010).
Member of the Chilean Labor and Social Security Law Society, of the Chilean Bar and of the Chilean Labor Law Society.
Education
Universidad Católica de Chile, School of Law, L.C.J.S., graduated with honors and obtained a minor in Civil Law (2005). He was granted the “Fernando Rozas Vial” award as best student in Civil Law (2005). Admitted to the Chilean Bar (2007).
