EDMUNDO VARAS K. Associate

Mr. Varas concentrates his practice in civil, corporate and commercial matters.

He also has participated in the financing area, including derivative and banking loan transactions.

He is the author of a law school thesis entitled “Reforma al Régimen Legal de Bienes en el Matrimonio: Plena Capacidad de la Mujer Casada y Coadministración en la Sociedad Conyugal”.

Education
Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law, graduated with honors (2007), as top-five student of his promotion.
