areas.

His practice covers a broad range of banking & finance transactions, including project financing, syndicated loan facilities, debt restructurings and bond placements, with
emphasis in the infrastructure sector.

He has broad experience in M& A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and
transactional matters in the corporate field. He has acted as counsel for financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and investment
funds in financing and M& A transactions, both locals and internationals, in several
sectors of the economy.
