He has participated in several banking and financial transactions, including syndicated loans, structured financings and project financings. He has also participated in due diligence for mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions.

Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law, graduated with high honors (2005).

Mr. Rojas obtained the scholarships “Juan Gómez Millas”, “Presidente de la República” and “Padre Alberto Hurtado”, the latter, granted by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2000).
