ANTONIO LÓPEZ PARDO. Associate

Mr. López concentrates his practice in civil, commercial, labor and arbitration litigation.

His senior thesis entitled "Analysis of the amnesty contained in Decree Law No. 2191 of 1978 to Light the American Convention on Human Rights ", was ranked highest distinction. He is also co-author of "The Principles of Legality and Absence of Arbitrariness as guarantee to personal liberty in the American Convention on Human Rights", published in the bulletin of the CEDAP-UC (2009). 

He has been Assistant Professor of  Philosophical Foundations of Law, Natural Law, Professional Ethic and Introduction to Human Rights (2003-2009) at Ponticia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School. He has also been Assistant Professor of Civil Law (2008). Today he is Professor of Philosophical Foundations of Law course. 

Education 

Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile Law School., graduated with two votes of distinction and obtained a Academic Certificate of Specialization in Civil Law. 

Admitted to the Chilean Bar (2009).
