ALEJANDRO HUNEEUS V. Partner
Alejandro Huneeus joined Morales & Besa in 1998. He specializes in corporate and commercial matters with particular emphasis and expertise in mergers and acquisitions and technology-intensive deals.
His experience includes major transactions involving regulated industries, such as telecommunications, public utilities and energy. In addition, he has extensive background in the area of foreign investment and exchange regulations.
He practiced at the law firm of Farella Braun & Martel in San Francisco, California from 2001 to 2003, where he joined the Business Practice Group.
